I find it amusing, as here in New Zealand we have literal stacks of switches in most retail stores.... we don't run out here in NZ/AUS
knew it was a pipedream that this may have had offline LAN support....like the Wii U/3DS did for ultimate or like 3ds/3ds or PSP versions.
Still be picking it up. Would have got 2 copies if it had LAN though.
Was literally going to comment this. Good Job
Cool but i would rather buy it on good old games, DRM Free
They took underwater out since Ultimate 4 came out, X/Generations dosen't have it nor does XX
I don't get why these articles keep mentioning Halo 2 and Fable Lost chapters.....both got anniversary remakes.....which are exactly the same game with modern graphics....why would you not want to play these versions?
Really why do people keep saying oh great FABLE LOST CHAPTERS???? IT WAS RERELEASED ON 360!!!!! with NEWER TEXTURES jesus christ, does no one remember Fable Anniversary?
They did it's called Th3 plan and it was on PS2.......
CTR as a seperate download maybe. Highly doubt it will come with.
Spyro Trilogy remastered would be more exciting.
Game was too freakin hard.
pikmin collection or Captain Toad if ports
As much as i wanted a God of War or an infamous....one game would have fixed the vita
Monster Hunter.
Yes Toukiden is great, Ragnarok oddyssey is great, Soul Sacrifice is great.....but
Monster Hunter would have shipped systems.
Cool can i play horde offline yet?
No? Cool this is why i sold my season pass and never used it
Im expecting it at the end of Ubis conference.
Open world taking the good from Ghost Recon Wildlands and Metal Gear Solid 5....
Sam Fisher is the leader of fifth Echelon, Michael Ironside voicing him again, and we make our own agents that can be fully decked out and customised while he berates us about his days of doing everything solo.
As long as single player is the focus im happy
its a great feature but i prefer to play them on my 360 consoles.
If it was backwards compatible hardware like 3DS or how the PS2 did backwards compatiblity. Then i probably would. But software emulation isn't 100%
Thats what you get for making your game online only.
If you kept the true offline single player let alone the split screen you announced and then pulled. it would have been amazing.
Online only games will always suffer from this.
If its online only like they did with Warhammer Verminitide, i won't be buying it again
Don't forget Shadow of Mordor....
Not surprising given Far Cry 4 did this also. Far Cry 3 had split screen co-op but only for specific co-op missions which was it's own mode.
Whats sad is they won't even do LAN local play either. 2 PS4/Xbox One and 2 TVs would be perfect for this. Sadly Ghost Recon Wildlands would have been perfect for this too but gone are the days of LAN/System.
Except for that game EVERYBODY hates Call of Duty which every year has split screen, LAN support and ...
As much as this would be awesome, i highly doubt it, the thing that keeps Monster Hunter popular is the local play, which 3DS/Switch excels at.
Take Toukiden for example, fantastic game very similar, there is a reason the Vita Version sold more than the PS4 Version both for Toukiden Kiwami and Toukiden 2. One has ad-hoc and online play the other online only.
Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate on the Wii U rocked because you could connect to other users locally.
...
It's coming NZ retailers have already put this up for preorder with box shots....
