It will look so good in trailers but ultimately will be a dissapointing mess with latency plagued multiplayer.

It looks pretty good but i dont really like the design of the mechs, they look a bit chicken shaped and fragile.
I like my mechs to be a bit tougher looking kinda like armoured core even though this looks like it has better gameplay.

You must be braindead to think I havent been in countless betas and then seen barely any change to the final product.
Its amazing how fanboys will use the words "beta" to forgive a game of all its obvious flaws which of course NO doubt will be there on launch.
I garuntee on launch the animations will still look sketchy and rigid and the models of the characters will still be low res.

They ALWAYS go on and on about games being in betas but I honestly dont see that much of a change for the final release.
Animation NEVER changes between beta and final product and graphics hardly ever change dramatically at all.
Animation is terrible, the quality of the models is PS2 gen.

Apart from that I like it, High health confrontations so it is down to aim and not pray & spray and the vehicles look well balanced.
Halo is terrific on the PS3, I dont think anyone can outshine Donkey Kong as the main character.
hopefully they can fix their horrible net code so im not dying with a single shot in every encounter yet it takes 3-4 shots for me to kill someone.
also sick of getting into cover then dying and seeing it happen to other players when im shooting them.

Close combat is popular because a majority of people have no idea how to aim at long range in Battlefield so they have run run in close and spray/spray.
Not to mention a majority of maps force you into tight corridor confrontations up close because of the chokepoint design.
Thats the thing see gaming is NOT simply just an "art" as some "artists" would have you believe.
It is the sum combination of all these "art forms" i.e film, art, music into one interactive format.
They use art to design a games looks, they use music in game to set the mood and or tone and they use film esque techniques i.e camera angles, script writings etc etc
