I'm willing to bet that Playstation will get bought by Apple, Amazon or Google in the future with the way things are going it's bound to happen.

Apple is too disgustingly capitalist and google is just evil. Amazon will be the lesser of two evils. And i feel like they would be on board with a lot of things that gamers want.

Halo Infinite, Forza(Either Horizon or Motorport), The Medium, Scorn, Starfield, Wolfenstein, Warhammer DarkTide, CrossFireX, Flight Simulator, Stalker 2 and a ton of smaller exclusive indie games as well, Like Tunic and The Ascent.
All of it on GamePass day 1.

Red Dead has way less going on than Cyberpunk.
Cyberpunk is a lot more dense and there's so much going on at the same time. First person also requires higher quality textures to be streamed at all times.

Also with PS5 and Series X both already having support for 8K resolutions combined with DLSS, these console could run 8K games in the future without the hardware upgrade. Some DLSS games even have better image quality than the native resolution.
Xbox's version of DLSS is called Super Resolution, it would make the case for the Series S even more. They're gonna be talking more about it soon.
Sony doesn't seem to have an answer to DLSS yet thou...

It sounds like they only got the IP. So it's likely that it's exclusive. Multiplatform availability "could" have been a requirement for the deal. But there's no way to know for sure until the deal closes and we get more information.
I personally would put money on it being exclusive.
