We are getting games. So having 4x higher specs is nice. And beating the PS4 Neo by two whole Tflops makes it that much sweeter. That is assuming this is all true of course.
Knowing Microsoft, its probably going to be more than 6tflops. The TARGET is 6tflops. I would be surprised if they don't surpass that. They tend to go overboard when they get serious.
Bullshit. the power difference this gen is way waaayy smaller. Lastgen ps3 version had complete missing textures, screentearing and lower framerates. Now its just missing a few pixels on the Xbox one versions. You can't tell the difference unless someone labeled them for you.

DX12 is already here, cloud is being utilized in Halo 5, Forza and titanfall. The real test will be cloud offloading. Which they are doing with crackdown 3.

It seems like its very likely at this point. This is coming from multiple sources. And they will probably announce it at E3. Because they don't want sony to steal all the thunder with the PS4 Neo. Unless they change their minds last minute.
I am guessing it will be an Xbox One Elite Controller type of deal. it will be for the real enthusiasts.. $600-700 probably.

I think the next Xbox IS in fact nextgen. I mean its 4x more powerful. If that isn't nextgen, I don't know what is. The catch is that these consoles will be fully backwards and forward compatible.
I'm pretty sure 6tflops is enough for 4K at 30fps. Although I'd prefer 1080p at 60fps.

6tflops is definitely a generational leap. This gen was not a huge leap from the last generation. The leap between PS2/Xbox to 360/PS3 was huge.This is the leap that we should have seen from the beginning.
