You may be in luck. As I understand it's development Child of Eden was originally designed as a Psycho-visual shooter with a traditional controller as the primary control method like "Rez" the previous game it is essentially a successor to. (Same developer - similar concept)
I would expect the extra time taken to make it Move & Kinect compatible would still give you the option of using non-motion options to play the game! I'm looking forward to trying it...
No mention if it's 3D. I'll need to know before I choose between the two versions.

It's very easy to put a clause in your agreement to restrict comments about version on other platforms. Look at the press for Download Content, like for Grand Theft Auto 4. Speculation for months if it was coming to the PS3 and Rockstar said nothing, because contractually they couldn't say anything.
It's just marketing and PR, but I've seen it more between the PS3 & 360 than at any other time.
