Same score for a different type of game, for a different type of gamer, for a different reviewer than a lot of the games you mentioned... They reviewed it for what it is, not what its not.

It makes a difference in this particular review because the reviewer complained specifically about the end stages and sequence... he played on casual, therefore missed what is obviously considered a big part of that ending sequence and then complained about it...

Wireless rechargeable controllers have been around for quite a bit. The wavebird comes to mind.
The HD graphics claim has been had by PC gamers years ago. Its just a resolution.
