If you don't have a connection you can in fact start in offline mode. Though eventually the user would have to go online depending on titles.
I remember during Hurricane Sandy my internet was out for two months. I was able to stay offline(in Steam) the entire time and play most of my games.

Well Tameen did say "I don't care if it sells a thousand units or two million." Even went so far to called the fanbase a "demographic that doesn’t exist."
Well the fanbase showed Capcom and him with their wallets and the game sold/shipped under 1.5million copies.
Don't get wrong the game was good but it was how the developers(specifically Tameen) handled this.

Why even bother with A:CM dlc to begin with? It seem like a waste of money that could be put towards something else. If Gearbox hoping to repair damage A:CM cause its way too late for that.

For a gaming PC, I rather have high-end CPU & GPU than some unrealistic APU. Beside APUs really aren't that great for gaming(PC-wise not talking about consoles), bottleneck can become a problem.
