This spin off is something Kojima used to break away from David Hayter. That's my personal take on the relationship and from interviews I've seen over the last few years. So by all means, enjoy the standard video game. Won't do well in sells....

Very long time MGS player here ( Dec 1998 ). Don't even care for this none sense game. It has no reason, no feeling and Raiden is not and never will be a lead guy. This is going to be a hack and slash that will wake Kojima back up with crappy sales. Saying bring back Snakes or just retire it all. Move on to those " other " games.
Why would would anyone buy it? Did you see any games at thier E3 show? I mean really any at all? Is it worth buying when your E3 show is 12 minutes of games and 48 minutes of a Wii Clone?
