MGS is my game. I started playing that series Dec 26th 1998. With no clue at all it would become what it has. There was no drama back then. No fanboy crap we see so much of nowadays. Damn you interwebs, lol...

RDR will be 2010's game of the year. By far the best game I've played since GOW3 and UC2. It was a game I just wanted to go on and on. With GTAIV, bored to tears. I felt nothing at all and by IV, the city life had long been played out to death with the other GTA's before. This game saved RockStar in big way. Showing that had real depth and story and not just putting out another GTA meaningless mindless city shooter.
GTA SA > GTAIV as well.

How the world is this News worthy? This Yellow light deal is SO rare I knew what system you had before I even opened your story. You had the system now 4 years and it's worked awesome. It's the main one listed with the issue. Now think if you had a Xbox. You would on avg. would have gone through 3 consoles already. Some get hit 4 and 5 times with the RROD. Been saying it for a few months now...... RDR will win it. Nothings change since then. Now if GT5 comes out, it could very well take it. But I think games that come out in the very last months of the year should be moved to the following years awards.

This works great if you want to trade your older phat PS3 that has no warranty. In for a newer Slim that will have a one year warranty. But never ever would I go without a PS3 in my house for one single day. It's my first console of choice out of all the ones I own.
Yeah, trading down to a DVD player is such a great move to huh, lol... No one really wants to play MGS4, GOW 1,2,3, UnCharted 1 and 2, KZ2 and 3, GT5, Infamous 1 and 2, Demon's Souls, etc.... Or watch a Blu-ray movie.
Had a Sony now for 16 years and counting. There is no reason never to own one.

Full year head start and a Worldwide launch to boot. Yet a mere 5 million consoles ahead. Also note the PS3 was only sold in the US and Japan in 2006, then Europe in 2007. The console was also $499 and $599. Yet, look how fast it's caught up.

These Co-Op games are just damn fun! Some much harder then other's for sure. I got 4 trophies last night from playing. Easily the game of the year. Even with the few bugs Rockstar will fix over the next day or so. Nothing has touched the single player this year other then GOW3. But with no online at all. That will be what stops that game from winning it all.
