Hell, the XBox console was a huge failure in reliability it's first 3 years in production. Sony player's have just gone back to playing single player mode games for now. Not as big of a deal as some drama people are making this out to be. So we'll stick with the Blu-ray and not go back in time to the DVD. Thanks. No hate, just not necessary at all.

They do care about PS3 user's. They care enough to make their service free while the PSN is down. All in the hopes to get them to switch. Great poly that so many seem to think if very nice of them. Meanwhile, this was the same company that put out a faulty console. Knowing it had a defect and then continued to sell it for years after.
The free part is a poly to get PS3 users to come try their service.
Just can't play online. Which is not the end of the world at all. Play any single player game mode and enjoy....

Sony provides the service for free. Let's just be more grateful and understanding. As we all know, Sony does not want this service off online for even one minute. They are losing hundreds of thousands of dollars a day. From all the DLC, add on's, movies...

Sony took a loss on every PS3 sold the first 3 years. It cost more to make then the consoles selling price. Sony has been in the market for nearly two decades. They have the #1 and #2 all time best selling consoles. Their online service is free. They get exclusive add on's to multi platform games. Which it's user's get for free ( Batman, ME2, etc ). Awh, a common sense story. Those are always nice. I went back through some games single player modes and started getting trophies I still needed. Rather then just sitting around waiting.
