Opinion right? Next, I own a company and I'm pretty aware on what to do. For starters, I don't leave my CC number in my PSN account. Unless you are buying stuff everyday, why would you? Knowing darn well many other large data holding companies have had issues like this.

More like, after a investigation on Mr Johns. It turns out he is in collections for credit card bills past due. So Mr Johns in his brilliant thinking decides to sue Sony to help pay his bad spending habits. Even though Mr Johns has only reported to have spent $3 on the PSN for 3 avatars back in 2009. Also, Mr Johns is a year behind on child support which could also aid in his sudden decision to sue.
I sitll have all my consoles from the 1980's...srs.
