What rumor? This already happened last year as a "pilot" program in some Gamestop's around the US. They went back to the yellow/white stickers but seems that Canada is up for a new trial run.
Haven't tried the game yet but the review really makes it sound like something I should try ASAP.
Which applies to the 360 and PS3 versions as well, right?
Oh IGN, why all the Wii hate? I tried the Wii version and it's at least a 7.5+ experience. The Wiimote pointer is better than dual analog and the game has a lot of content and a competitive online.
IGN is in it for the trollz and them hitz.
At $30 I'm considering it as the extra controller for trophy requirements and whatnots.
Seems to me that reviewers have forgotten how to play 2D games and are blasting the game for it...
IF this is true then we can expect the first games 2 years from now which puts the PS4 at a November 2013 release date at the earliest...unless 3rd party developers have been working on PS4 games since early 2011.
As for the Wii U having a year long head start... anything can happen with that. Since it will be BC with Wii, includes a Wii Mote Plus, Nunchuck AND the Tablet there's lots of potential there. If Nintendo goes the $349 or less route for pricing they'll have...
Guess Tower Defense games aren't Brasg Games's cup-o-tea.
I'll be reviewing this later in the week. Great review for a very fun game!
Definitely worth your time and money. Can't wait for WayForwards next project (as I just got their new release, Aliens Infestation).
@phantomexe: Huh, missed that one! Definitely an awesome deal since Dead Space 2 was basically free with that setup.
Nice promo for Arkham City. Wonder how many copies it will sell week one. 1-2 million perhaps?
New Super Mario Bros Wii is still $50 at retail and the Super Mario Galaxy Soundtrack was only made available to Club Nintendo Members in Japan so the price is right.
People buying a Wii this late in the game really don't know nor care about Gamecube BC.
Yep, very fun game indeed. Hundreds of tries is about right. Still haven't been able to finish a level from start to finish without using practice mode.
A great improvement over the very fun Mercury Meltdown on Wii.
Little King's Story, Elebits, Red Steel 1 and 2, New Play Control Pikmin, New Play Control DK Jungle Beat, Tatsunoko vs Capcom, the Raving Rabbids games (especially Go Home) and Zack and Wiki just to name a few more.
VITA might be the media darling right now but unless that translates into system sales and FAST within the first 3 months then it will follow in the footsteps of the PSP. The battery was expected thanks to all the features included in the portable but people threw a tantrum over the 3DS and it's battery life even before knowing what the VITA's would last.
Yep, MtG back in the day was definitely fun... but veeery expensive as well. They streamlined the experience so everyone could dive in and they get an A for effort.
I use trophies as a "checklist" to get as much as possible out of my game purchase AND to know what I've played before right from my trophy card.
An EXPENSIVE controller.
Well, sales don't really matter. He was refering to how he felt GoW 3 didn't bring anything fun to the table while RE3 was amusing for him. Simple as that.
