I would love it if From Software made another Enchanted Arms.
I can agree with most of those, but The Order 1886? That's low man. It was an awesome game with the only downside being that it was a bit liniear and to short for most people. That game definately don't belong on that list of yours.
To be honest, I'm just not at all interested in what most developers call DLC. I don't mind DLC if I get a complete game without stripped parts. The worst thing I know is when you clearly see that specific functions, bits of story, items w/e has been removed from the game only to sell it to consumers as "DLC". It's a shady market and so many does it. I have no issues at all, buying DLC if my game was actually complete from the get-go. Like expansion-packs. For me, as a g...
You should maybe worry about how you handle things, and not how others handle things.
Reason being that SE borrows devs from their teams that work on games and places them into the FF XIV team because the prioritize it. FF XIV is the sole reason as to why other games get delayed so much. FF XV was heavily impacted by that, if you didn't know about it.
I shouldn't have to explain it to you like you're five, but I will. You're hilarious.
ELEMENTS. Since you're clearly unable to read sentences inbetween the lines, I will give you some additional hints. IE some of the ELEMENTS that is turn-based. ALLOWING you to be TACTICAL in your DECISIONS because the game will play out at a SLOWER pace than you're average action-based hack&slash, dash&roll game. This element will be combined in a new way toget...
Life is strange is such an underrated title, happy for the ones that get to play it. I have it already, but it's sweet to get the digital version as well.
Well, I simply agree to disagree. I would say they're equal.
Now more resources will probably be put into place to get that pricecut for the pro.
Microsoft is releasing the Scorpio way to late into this gen, they will never get the chance to catch up. The PS4 is still selling hard and when Scorpio gets released, expect a, pricecut on the Pro. However, if MS manages to do something good, the last of this gen, it would have to mean actually open up first party studios and let them take the time they need to release quality game and not just drop it when it gets to expensive, actually support the devs. MS is pouring billions into marketin...
I just could never bear to play through this game, it's a shame, I like the story. But I really hated this came when it came out. First games as Square Enix and the only thing being close to Final Fantasy would be the story. I played it for roughly 20h before putting the control down. But I will be sure to pick it up this time and give it yet another chance. Maybe I was just hating because it wasn't SquareSoft anymore.
Lol. I never said it was gonna be turn-based, where did you get that from? I said that they would keep the turn-based elements ("leaving you space to plan out your tactics at a slower pace") remember? and not just hack&slashing like in every other action game. Maybe you need eye-correction surgery or a new brain, but I can't help you with that man, sorry for your loss.
@kalkano No. It will not be full on action like FF XV. It will be a new fighting mechanic which has parts from all areas, leaving you space to plan out your tactics at a slower pace. This is what they have to do, FF VII would never work out if you removed the possibility to be tactical in your fights. In full on action fighting mechanics it's hit, roll, hit, roll, hit, roll. This won't be the case here. Facts are facts no matter how much you disaprove of it.

They actually said that they would keep the turnbased element in some way incorporated with the actionbased mechanic, turning into a whole new mechanic. I don't think we ever got to know more about it than that though. But I believe the game will be awesome, just wait. Print this comment out and frame it. If the game fails horribly and sucks hard, I'll buy you a pizza.
Even if I really hate to wait, I'm more happy to wait for a long time than having a game created fast resulting in broken mechanics with shitloads of bugs, like everyother game nowadays, really.
I'm actually looking more forward to hearing about Hironobu Sakaguchi's announcement that was supposed to come around this year, regarding his new game. You know, founding father of the real Final Fantasy series. Not this bull**** mediocre company that Square Enix has become.
What would make you think FFVIIR to be a mid-size game? Just ridiculous. Look at who the guys working on it actually is, top of their tier.
With that said, this might be good for SE. Maybe they will finally stop borrowing devs from their projects and actually let them work hard on their big projects. FF Online has always taken a lot of focus from their other projects, it's a shame. That's one of the reasons as to why FF XV was delayed so many times.
No it did not, don't display crap like that without getting your facts straight. GTA was the first of its kind hitting the scene in 1997.
I am soooo tired of this. I just hope Sega would release another console and make shit interesting again, even if they fail I will not hear one more word about Scorpio. Scorpio will be a good console, switch is a good console, ps4 is a good console.
Half of the n4g commmunity is like taking part in fourth grade drama class, where everyone is better than everybody else.
-Hey my pop's better than yours!
Well, you eat boggers!
-You eat...
Lol. Working in IT and that more or less is the most bs reply you could ever give to a customer when actually stating facts.
