One guy loses his head in a decompression accident in the tv series and they fill a whole ship with decapitated crewmembers. I know there is some thematic reason for it but, it just seems funny to me.
Anime? The subtitles would cover the whole screen! blah!
Every article maligning video games falls on deaf ears anyway, even beyond it's staggering profits, the sheer amount of tax revenue alone gives the gaming industry invincible armor. So, write your pathetic stories that no one cares about.
agreed, if masterfox buys enough redundant copies (at full price, of course)maybe they will make a sequel......Just for masterfox.
No, they will come to the conclusion, (Like every other bad game) that it is the gamers that are "racist" ,"toxic" and my favorite "misogynistic" for not liking the game. When the blame for it's probable failure is squarely on the writers and developers of this game. The entitlement from a lot of devs over the past few years is astounding, Failure is supposed to make you look inward, to see what you could have done better so that next time you can succeed and...
I will own the game as well, but, at 30.00 with all add-ons rather than 70.00 and getting milked for extras. I work hard for my money, It my personal obligation to get the best deal I can. I'm sure the Developers and Publishers appreciate both our purchases. yours at full price, and mine, a year later when the game is not raking in the cash of people that don't care how much they pay for a game.
In my best Emperor Palpatine voice: "It is as I have foreseen" blah....
Dead Space was amazing when it was released and it looks like they took that excellent foundation and brought it up to modern standards. At the least, after all these years, most of the bugs and gameplay issues should be resolved.
What fool pay's full price for a game anyway?
really looking forward to the 30.00 GOTY complete edition next year. :P
In an old video about Dead Space, Glen Schofield and others on his dev team stated that the original idea for the setting of Dead space was a prison on a moon or empty planet. so...the dead space is strong with this one....
That is how I got mine as well. matter fact, they sent me another invite a few months later!
Didn't you know? Women never get enough credit for the things they didn't do. :P
Yeah, I thought He was living in that Refrigerator box out behind Nintendo's offices with Reggie Fils-Aimé.
@gwanyy, Agreed, The word "racist" used to have a specific meaning, Now it is just a word used by people that don't like opinions or views different from their own. It is a weak minded, low resolution conversation ender. Don't like TLOU 1 and 2, your an homophobe, Someone Doesn't like that a characters dialog is cringe and too frequent, assume that it is "actually" because of the protagonists race and try to shut them down with accusations of racism. Where are ...
***THIS***
The only issue I saw with the game was the constant gen z word salad. If they can either cut the dialog down greatly or allow a way to turn off the cringe verbal diarrhea, That would "save" the game in my eyes. From the trailers, what little gameplay was shown looked is fine otherwise.
child labor laws... really? your going to come at me with child labor laws. last time I checked, we were talking about adults. boo freaking hoo, job sucks, you quit. If these developers were making software for speed trap cameras, no one here would give a damn. as for MT, so they just appear against the wishes of everybody involve making the game? nobody programmed that stuff, they just came into work one day and all the client side assets were just there programmed, seamlessly into the game...
That wasn't the point I was making, the talk of micro transactions is more of an issue, and like I was implying, they always seem to work perfectly...even in a buggy game. as for "cracking the whip, only an idiot thinks that doesn't happen at every development house no matter how much they try to hide it. I actually don't care, You chose to work there, and last time I checked The US isn't a socialist country yet, which means they cannot force you to keep working at a job ...
Mobile gaming is great if your a kid, but, personally, I agree with you. Mobile gaming for me is usually relegated to time killing during delays while working. so, a simple cell phone/tablet game usually will suffice. If I'm going to play an actual game, that involves a real time investment, I much more prefer being on a comfortable couch or recliner with a big OLED TV and Arctis Prime wireless headset. (I really like quality surround sound but, I live with people that don't appreciat...
