The ps3 can do it now actually. Superfrog HD is a recent example. Might not be the most graphic intensive game but it can be done. Just keeping it factual.

All they'd have to do is give us the Hyrule Historia as the artbook, a reprinted Zelda collectors edition (1 disc: Zelda, II, OoT, MM) Skyward sword and Wind Waker HD (maybe they could put ALTtP on that disc as an extra.) And you're about done.
