I do like the idea, but it wouldve been better to me if this was a large expansion to an actual LBP game. like expand LBP even more
Instead of bringing things back from the past I feel they should be focusing on a sequel to "ride".

Sorry but I like analogs and buttons. I also like actual video games. Not flash-type games I used to see on "Newgrounds" and "EbaumsWorld" back in middle school.

And in MY opinion, until FULL VIRTUAL REALITY hits mainstream gaming, you still NEED a controller of some sort. If you don't have a controller you limit the types of games...
I noticed a pattern from these COD guys. It takes a trailer with no gameplay to get these guys completely hyped up. Then all the way up till release date they think this is going to be the "best cod ever". they play it for like a month or 2, and then say it sucks and complain. Then they start to say why the previous cod is the best cod ever. A trailer for the next cod gets released. and the cycle starts over.

MANY people share simlilar playtimes when it comes to the multiplayer of the old socom games. you guys just cant relate if you never played it. that game was amazing , and its sad that this new wave of "call of duty casual gamers" made them think they had to switch up the formula to attract that crowd. which didnt turn out well...
I really don't get articles like this. I don't get disconnected from games, or lag out.........hardly EVER. and im using a DORMROOMS internet. you guys must not know how to configure your routers. stop trying to act like YOU lagging is the whole network+Sony's fault.

I was thinking that Nintendo should take the franchise in a better (more innovative) direction and release the next Zelda title as an FPS/RPG/Hack and Slash hybrid. It can compete with Skyrim.
And include a multiplayer mode packed with deathmatch competetive modes (have the multiplayer system operate similar to the award winning format, "call of duty", ex: kill streaks, and ease of play) , a horde mode, and monthly DLC.

why hasnt there been one for ps3???? i used to play MH online on my ps2 all the time, then the servers got taken down. wtf a ps3 monster hunter would have been beast. That was one of the nex gen sequels i was looking for to this gen. along with a nex gen socom which i watched crumble right before my eyes thanks to the casual/Call of Duty fanbase.
I'm sorry but people that support Activision's way of doing business with customers should be ashamed. You are the reason there is a lack of variety in the gaming industry. Developers are afraid of taking risks now because they see if their game isn't a run&gun FPS/TPS that rewards/helps you you every 2 seconds to make you feel like you are actually good at a video game, noone will play it.

It's funny how everyone wants to poke fun at sony but the way I see it they're the only ones trying to create new GAMES. that's what its all about!

can the casual crowd please just stay on your iphone/wii's/kinects/ and call of duty, because I'm tired of all of my favorite titles/gadgets being watered down, or altered in some shape or form so that they can be "accessed by the casual crowd."

I agree with you 100% about CoD's success ruining existing franchises. I played Socom ever since the ps2 days, and now the series has been ruined because they tried to appeal to the casuals.
You used to be able to go in a gaming section or store, and see a large variety of games. now? its all shooters. you might see a few rpg's but its still all modern day, or futuristic shooters. i hate it...
