That game and the first Modern Warfare are gems. Unfortunately, the stink of all the other sequels has diminished there quality.

Publishers like Activision don't care about metacritic or trolls. They care about the cash register drawers opening for their product.
I just don't buy the games. I had my fill of COD after the first Modern Warfare. Keep in mind, this is the same company that ran Guitar Hero into the ground and destroyed the music game genre. It's just going to take longer to kill this franchise because so many people like to shoot guns at other people.
They have already included jet packs and parachutes. I think the points yourself and a lot of other people above are missing is this...
1) It is Grand Theft Auto. Auto, being the key word here. I know the franchise is not JUST that anymore, but I believe from a design standpoint every GTA has to have some kind of car-jacking and driving element.
