Nobody is forcing it on anyone, it's optional. So if you don't like it don't buy it.
From the experience I have seen it seems some people struggle to focus and get a headache, but on the other side other people are blown away by it -
I was on the fence about it until I tried it at a sky 3D preview and now, when I renew my HD tv next year it WILL be a 3D one, for sure

I think the rollovers look great in that vid (remember also, the objective of the game is to NOT crash)....
Also, it has already been said the different levels of deformation, only some cars have actual bits falling off as there is no way they could model that for 1000+ cars, so maybe the cars in the vid are those ones

The thing is, i think it will be a natural adoption. Because as time goes on (even now), if you go into a store to buy a decent HDTV, you will now most likely find that tv is 3D ready, even if you don't actually go out looking for it

Have you actually SEEN how much game you are getting? 200 cars is MORE than enough alone, the fact it has 1000 in total is beyond belief. For most people i'm sure will only play with a handful, anyone claiming this is a problem has issues seriously.
look at the game, look at what you get for your money, see the quality and then make your judgement.

There seems to be some confusion over the cockpit thing. Apparently some translation has been confused between cockpit/interior or something, or so I was reading on gtplanet/neogaf
But yes, i'm sure we have seen vids of 'normal' cars with interiors
I would wait for clarification, but to be honest it doesn't really matter as surely most people will race with the better cars
considering what was announced pre-e3, I wouldn't be suprised if alot of the 'missing' games are announced in the coming months, also in august at gdc

Well, I was impressed, thats how subscription based products normally work, so no biggy. $49 a year, and in the first month you get Wipeout HD free? thats worth a 3rd of that alone.
I'll be doing this I think as I love the idea of priority betas, demos etc....

You are entitled to your opinion, glad you like them. I think it's just after playing KZ2, and then last week seeing the new ALPHA demo of KZ3 it's disappointing to see these. I am sure the 360 is capable of more, but devs just don't seem to make big changes in the games or untap the graphical potential
I think there will be a boost in 360 sales following this - but 80% of that will be from current owners upgrading - for sure

I think people see a halo vid and auto pilot says its amazing
to me, it looks good but not amazing by any stretch - the 360 should be putting out better by now
