@Ittoryu They said they went with what they had and was affordable at the time of development which would have been 8 gb ddr3. Gddr5 did get cheap enough for it to be viable and i don't think gddr5 would have caused a huge jump in price because even the ps4 and their camera comes up to about $500. They aren't being lazy. They often times do not have the time or they want to have one thing but the lack of fast ram is hurting them so they have to downgrade something be it alpha effects (as seen in tomb raider de) resolution (as seen in many games), or both. The reason why microsoft went with ddr3 was because their wasn't 8 gb of gddr5 was expensive at the time and they wanted 8 gb for their new system. Their team wanted 8gb of gddr5, but it was expensive at the time and sony kinda got lucky when it got cheaper because they would have been stuck with 4 gb.
I liked him back in the day, but now days he isn't as good as he once was. There are times where he can still be a very good reviewer, but there were times that maybe he shouldn't have complained about simple things like free consoles or the infamous embargo. It's a shame to see him go regardless.

Nothing's truely wrong with the last of us on ps3, but if they're porting it to ps4 their probably trying to capture the audience who hadn't played the ps3 version so they know the story if there is a sequel on the ps4.
Lets see a 10+ game for $30 or an under $10 hour game that isn't even the full story for $30. That's the difference.

So he's a bad person for wanting something everybody wants on consoles, but he like alot of people are kinda accepting it might not be the case. It's not just him that wanted it and then decided maybe i should just have fun with the game.
Sessler gave it a 3/5 which equals good according to his score set up and an 80 on meta critic is also good. So their equal when compared to their respective score set up, but metacritic took his and changed it to theirs so it's their fault.
When it comes to handheld shooter controls i actually preferred the sprint button being on the dpad like resistance vita. Granted the rest of the gameplay of killzone was far better, i just prefer using the down button on the dpad as it was easier to reach.
I can't find ds2 at all for less than $20 on wii u. Which doesn't surprise me the wii u version was one of thq's last games so it probably was a very small release. The ps3 or xbox versions can be found for cheap though.
@THamm, i doubt that was ever the intention. They even choose the source engine just because it was easy to get the 60 fps on 360 and ps3. Plus if they wanted to gimp it why would they hire a good company to do the port?
@random it's made by traveller's tale who have made some decent ports to wii u. So if it's a bad port it'd be uncommon.
