I dig the exclusive maps, but i know after the first hour of play those guns will be obsolete.
To get the phone to ring you need to make a verbal sound loud enough that the game hears it by a headset or PS4 camera. This will trigger a child laughing then the phone should ring soon after. This is the whole "Interactive" element they speak of.

The low volume chat he's hearing isn't from the feed itself but from his headset mic picking up the chatter coming out of the earpieces on his headset. Being that it's muffled because he's wearing it, the mic will only pic up the muffled sound. This has nothing to do with software.A simple trick is to bend the mic back into the earpiece to pic up both audio, though you could get feedback if you have you mic set to output your audio to the headset. So they added the option to load the last minute of footage when you get an application/game crash in the error report. That's probably far more helpful than typing what happened.
