That has to be horrible optimizing. Even massive games like Witcher and GTA are clearly smaller than 100GB.. We have to get larger hard drives in the future because some developers apparently don't give a damn about compressing.
All of you who are saying that not buying it would show them, you're right that it would show them but only if everyone would do it, which is simply not going to happen. 360 games translate to One MUCH easier because they have a similar architecture. Can't say the same about PS3 and PS4.
While the PS4 Pro does actually have a SATA III port it doesn't seem to use it properly, which is a shame.. I also expect an external drive to have faster loading times than the stock drive.
It's absolutely astonishing that you get destroyed by dislikes when talking about the truth. No wonder games are running so badly when people cheer for this kind of thing. They're happy to buy a second machine in a single generation to be able to play closer to 30fps and 60fps. Soon even the Pro can't handle a steady performance because developers don't give a damn. My standards aren't super high imo but I feel like an elitist for wanting a 30fps in game, how mad is that.....

While this is really cool for Pro users, it's kind of bs that we should basically buy a new console to get decent frame rates now? Majority of games should aim to run locked 30 or close to 60 on the normal PS4 and the Pro could push those even further, the situation we got now is far from optimal.

My friend has one of their OLED tvs and it looks miles better than anything I've ever seen in a dark room. Not sure if it's best for gaming but the picture is absolutely incredible..

People who have the Pro version seem to be getting an advantage in multiplayer and that's not good. One of the biggest things I've always liked about consoles was the fact that majority start from the same line.

You had too much dust in the system like me then. If you open and clean it the system will run almost silent again. It will run a lot cooler too.
This will most likely happen gradually to your Pro too so I would recommend cleaning the system at least once a year..
