Lmao. Yeah, because Nintendo's totally just going to can all their projects that probably extend into late 2015.
Right now, Wii U is leading the pack in terms of amount of quality content, that's never really been an issue for them, but the fact that this content is only now just coming is the reason why they've been bleeding.
Can't market what you don't have.
Obviously this is a bad idea. I'll just wait for the dust to settle.
F*** no. That doesn't generate enough immediate clicks.
"Seriously what has that got to do with this article"
It's a reply to you, not to this article. Terrible question.
"typical white knight going straight to personal attacks then staying on topic."
You derived all that from "Were you born in 2012"? Stop victimizing yourself every time someone questions what you call logic. Considering how many people do this to you, it should alert you that your logic probably ...
@Kingthrash360
"your argument was valid until you brought the ps4 up"
Oh don't be sore. You know what point I was making. The point I was making was that the 3DS is not a failure. If it was, that would mean the PS4 and every other console that is selling lower than it is one too.
And you wonder why you have one bubble. You're blatantly trolling by calling the 3DS and Wii failures.
If the 3DS is a failure, what do you think that makes the PS4?
How about we settle this once and for all.
Everything will be the downfall of Nintendo. Just like it was every generation since the 5th.
Except if this was valid logic, we'd be seeing more articles about how Sony and MS are doomed despite how profitable their current home console platforms are now.
Unfortunately, that doesn't generate profit in the short-term.
Some sites still care about their integrity.
The logic I'm talking about is how 3DS, being successful, can possibly bring down the Wii U. If the logic that one company's success is that same company's failure, why are these guys suggesting that the success of the PS4 could be Sony's downfall?
You know why? Because on N4G, that kind of a headline would be reported as "Lame"
@Foxtrot
Were you born in 2012?
"The universally expected, steep sales warning for the Wii U console finally happened."
These guys have to on another planet. Sales for the Wii U are at an all time high. This article should have been written back in June, when the system only moved 160K during Q2 2013.
And seriously? 3DS will be the downfall of Nintendo? Why isn't this logic being applied to Sony's Vita (Rhetorical question btw, I know why)?
Exactly no one realizes that they are in the exact opposite of a decline.
You know what a decline looks like? When your operating income keeps going down in comparison to the years before. Since 2011, Nintendo has been on a rise.
Only a few sites care for journalist integrity though.
There's no such thing as being unbiased. You're biased the moment you take a stance.
I look forward to a similar reply in 2017 as well.
What is this, like the 19th time Wii U has flopped (If we amend the definition of flop that is).
I look forward to seeing this same headline in 2017
Are people going keep asking this same question every time something that is less damaging than is seems happens?
Do you know what dead means?
