There is a sad truth to why PUBG did not become more successful than it could have been, especially after their success in early access: Epic panicked once realizing Fortnite's Save the World PvE mode was a huge bust, something they were charging people $40 to play in early access (a "Founders" pack) when eventually they'd release it for free.
All of the sudden, here comes a F2P Battle Royale PvP mode, immediately available for PS4, Xbone, and PC. It start...
"You guys are missing the point and it's always evident when you start making lists of the games you played. There are no must have games that need to be played specifically for VR."
Please don't make claims like this. Your opinion loses credibility which is probably why this thread quickly morphed into a fanboy war. That was some clear bait from generic and you ate it up.
Almost everything you're saying is a clear indication that yo...
PSVR GT Sport bundle dropped to $199. It's getting there.
I tried it at E3 and immediately knew this game was special.
Not sure about that, considering one of my most anticipated PSVR titles is launching in a month and a half.

I had such a blast trying out VR Siege at E3, I ended up purchasing the Aim controller during the Days of Play sale. Of course, they announced a bundle for $80 along with the release date, but honestly I don't think I could'...
Ok...I'm not disagreeing with symmetry, I'm just pointing out that placing the sticks towards the outside of the controller is better for your thumbs. Just look at the Wii U Pro controller, probably the best design in terms of analog stick placement. Bottom line I said it comes down to preference but of course I would get disagrees for saying the DS4's not perfect. 90% of the users on this site wear rose-colored glasses.
As much as I love the DS4, I have to admit that the symmetrical sticks are not natural in terms of movement. When you want to move forwards or backwards in a game, it is more natural to push and pull the stick if it is almost directly above your thumb. With the DS4, your thumb has to reach towards the middle of the controller, giving it a ~65 degree angle which will cause your forwards or backwards movement to be slightly off unless you account for it.
In the end, it's ...
Bloodborne is first party. Also, saying FromSoft games are 'the same contents wrapped in different packages over and over' is as ignorant as putting them in the same category with CoD.
Hate to tell you this but the definition of 'literally' has been updated to include 'figuratively'. Not saying I agree with it but unfortunately it's been a thing for so long now even dictionaries had to acknowledge it.
I believe in it's salvaged state it is still the best RPG of the console generation. The character and gear design, plot, combat system, and anime cut scenes have put it at #1 on my list and I think it deserves a proper remake alongside FFVII. Will never happen though... :(
Well that was rude.
There was an update. He's quoting the update.
It's not that no one believes you (I'm pretty sure no one cares). The question is, why would you waste your time being great at a game you think is "shit"? You wasted weeks of your life on something you clearly hate. Was the break up really that bad?
The only solid points you make are that it can be unbalanced and the community can be toxic at times, but they're constantly tweaking for balance and you seem like you were part of the toxicity. Glad you...
Evolve was not by Gearbox.
MP only has already proven itself to work on console, see Overwatch. They slapped the $60 price tag on that one. PUBG's Early Access is $30 and it will probably launch at that price.
One thing I'm really looking forward to is the lack of camera cuts. If that is done well, the immersion will be off the charts. Corey Barlog, the game's director, used a great example by comparing a view of the Grand Canyon from your perspective as opposed to the view from a camera crane.
What I imagine the disagreers look like:

Right? I built my first PC 3 years ago and have never had any of the problems he mentions. In fact, I can still play most of my games in Ultra settings.
You're going pretty far by saying "no games. Always and forever."
If you're talking about exclusives, that's a different story. But no games? Why make such a weird claim? What about WOW or Starcraft 2? What about old school FPS games like the original Doom and Wolfenstein? You said "always" so I had to throw in a couple classics. I'm sure there are more but I'm just spitballing a few.
Everyone has their own preferences. Some people have all gaming platforms and love all of them equally for their own reasons. I will say, his first point is totally subjective. For most people, it is easier to buy a new console and plug it in than to crack open your PC to install a new GPU (not too bad if you've done it a few times, but it's not easier). Not sure why storage was mentioned, since consoles can easily upgrade too. His third point has nothing to do with gaming, therefore ...
I think this author had an ulterior motive when putting this article out into the world... Just do/buy/play on whatever you want, that's the beauty of our current day gaming options.
Also, how is $827.99 "a bit higher than what the Xbox One X goes for sale for"? Not sure what the author's smoking but they must be "a bit higher" than they should be for believing a 60% increase is only a bit.
