A true fanboy would see the flaws of their own console and push for the company to make it better, rather than look at it as an object of perfection and be satisfied with it no matter its flaws.
I can't think of a fanboy that does that.
Why does the article summary's second paragraph begin with "however" if it and the first paragraph agree with each other?
Lazy contribution. =O
While most of what the article says is true, what it fails to state is that games can be art in so many more ways than just the visuals.
Actually, because LucasArts is a publisher, not a developer.
Not with the analog sticks it has now.
I suppose it'd probably look more than good enough to offset the fact that you have a bad TV. =]
Didn't you know? If people want to turn their regular TV into an HDTV, they just turn on Killzone 2.
Note: 25% of the above commenters don't get the f***in' point.
Masterful editing. Great choice of music too, even if I don't personally like the song, it fits VERY well with what Sony should be trying to advertise.
...What? 360 games are burned onto CD's now? Wow. We must have had a breakthrough in compression technology or something.
What confuses me even more is the incredibly misleading article header. This isn't MASSIVE, this is like half a page from one of IGN's reviews.
No, I'm not saying it's a bad review. I'm just saying whoever contributed this article and called it "MASSIVE" is a moron.
Ever think that it might have been something they discussed before beginning any actual work on the game? *roll eyes*
You're taking it the wrong way. I think it's more of a "This game alone is enough to merit the purchase of a PS3 if you don't already have one." As in, it's really good, good enough that it's worth $550 on its own.
The internet yet again fails to understand the difference between rendered resolution and upscaled resolution.
Who gives a sh*t. It's a great game, and it'll be a great game no matter what. Fanboys should just enjoy the game and quit being a bunch of morons arguing over like three pixels.
Supposedly, this control could be one of the trump cards PSN has over Xbox Live. Sure, Live is a great service, and I love it a lot, but it's not the service itself that's the problem, it's the people that use it. They ruin it for everyone else, and Microsoft doesn't really seem to do anything about it. This is a GOOD thing, PSN members, and it might possibly be the very thing that will push PSN forward into greater popularity.
You know, World of Warcraft does the same thing. Ev...
People will do it anyways, because all people give a sh*t about is that it's on Xbox, and it's against their fanboy ideals to like a game on a rival platform, no matter how good that game may be.
Stupid fanboys.
Flipping through hairstyles =/= character customization.
Apples to oranges.
