Honestly how is 3DS a marginal upgrade?
The DS has N64 graphics, the 3DS in the case of Resident Evil is better than Wii. Technically that's a two gen leap, actually it's a 1.25 gen leap. PSP is better than N64 but not quite as good as PS2. The gap from N64 to Wii is larger then the gap from low end PS2 to mid PS3. Yes Vita has more power but the change in power from PSP to Vita is smaller than that from DS to 3DS.
The 3DS line up was OK, not great. The Vita was great....
I'm getting a WiiU at launch but that's as a gift.
The 3DS is awesome but 250 was too much. 170 is a good price for it. Pretending games are the Vita's only problem is stupid. Tech wise Vita is worth around 220-250. People don't have that money to drop now. A price drop would be a good idea. Cut for 199 would be awesome. It's not likely... It would cost sony too much. I'm worried they will make the same mistake with PS4...

Gaming is essentially a kind of virtual reality... If your in a game where you swing a sword I fail to see what's gimmicky about swinging the controller like a sword... I think it's more an issue of being lazy or closed minded

First mistake was thinking Wiiu was weak...
Considering the WiiU pro controller has the shape of a 360 controller and that's it but the joystick button layout is more PS, its like a mix of both... just look at the sticks on the WiiU Pro... lined up like PS. i think it's stupid to say copy because they copy Nintendo a lot and Nintendo used the shape which MS doesn't own

Basically you just you know nothing about WiiU but you not going I buy it. If you don't know anything about it, how can you determine of its worthy of purchase.

Actually read what he's saying those specs are pretty reasonable and fall in with most recent rumors.
That would actually be inaccurate as we have nothing to base that on. The agreed ad upon rumor by most people who aren't fanboys is the the WiiU is 2x 360/PS3. It might be more but the specs old devs kits leaked to computersandvideogames, IGN, Fudzilla and SeniAccurate were more powerful... Up to 4.8 times.
The consensus tht WiiU is on par with current has no basis, especially if it can run Batman and AC3 in 1080p something which require 2x the power of 720p.
