They will eventually kill the Call of Duty "genre" as well as they killed the music genre (rockband etc.)
For me Team Ico is one of the last developers who develop games purely out of passion. Not saying others don't, mainly saying Team Ico for sure is.
Just got my Tritton AX720 a couple of days ago and I'm pretty happy with it so far.

What message does this give to the gamers out there? If you are in doubt about this game I don't think you will run and buy it when you hear that GAME ain't stocking it.
Also very eager to play this. Went throught the original game twice and got my platinum.
They can say what they want about this reboot, but in the end this is an awesome hack'n'slach game with a well done combo/magic system and engaging cut scenes.
Karkand at launch as DLC is a very clever choice. For those who played BF2 this map will bring huge sentimental value and bring up many a good time.
I guess I see things a bit differently tho. I think with most games it's a good idea to bring maps from older iterations of the game into the new one. If I buy Killzone 3 for example I would love to just get all the kz3 MP maps during the first half year.

How is Call of Duty ruining gaming? It's the people who buy their games. We are the ones who determine the gaming industry in the end.
We have the power with out money, it's simple as that.
THQ has come out a bit too arrogant for me lately. They are acting they are in the top of the industry compared with EA, Activision when they really are hanging abit behind.
But I really do Homefront turns out to be a great game.
I understand the PC gamers hold their franchies dear, and that many games do better on the PC. Along with all the other controversy.
But as I see it, if they release Diablo 3 on the PC with their full attention with the PC development and later work on the console version then I don't see anything wrong with trying out the console market.
Well, don't let DICE develop the MP part of the game when they are focusing on Battlefield 3.
In this case we don't need "What we want to see articles". Sure people got hopes for different things they want added to the game, but if there is one developer I believe in making the correct decisions on the gamers behalf, it's DICE.
I'm a fps whore so I usually go into every new fps, but I feel I got burned on MoH. Gonna actually try this game before purchase and get opinions from friends.
But gotta say I think they are doing a lot of good stuff with the MP.
