Looks like positive press all came from Europe and negative press came from America. WTF is going on there.

During US launches, The US press was doom and gloom and hold your horses on PS3. Not worth it. They still say not worth it now still.
On EU Launches, All hype are in, press go crazy about it. Biggest launch ever, biggest Gaming ever. Better than the rest. I remmember a show even say lookout 360, here come Motorstorm.
Hard, Microsoft can outbid Sony, Sony have too much to juggle. If Sony or Microsoft get Take 2, this is so bad for the market.

This is definately a joke. Microsoft aint that stupid to include 120GB and HDMI but no HD-DVD in $479. It will be $399, with the price-cut to the premium version to $299. When this happen, 20gb version seems to be the best deal of all. It's gonna explode. With this, it will force PS3 to drop their price to $100 in order to compete on both version.

uxo22, Yes this will give a boost, but I don't think this gonna give much better boost than Blue dragon which is not enough. Blue dragon, lost planet all failed greatly boosted xbox 360. I don't think ace combat will have better effect than that.

I do have my doubt too. Ace combat is more popular in Japan than US. Launching it as 360 exclusives in Japan will be a disastrous, however launching it as multi-platform can be safer. But who knows, they can be like Capcom and let it fail miserably in Japan and hope that US and UK will make up the lost, just like lost planet.
Announced at the eve of Sony historically biggest launch in Europe. Microsoft is really fighting Sony really hard on this one after the phenomenal demand of PS3 in Europe.

This is like asking Insomiac what they think about PS3 and XBOX 360.
I would like to add that Sony did the same thing on PSP and Walkman. Most company will do the same, but Microsoft do always take it to the next level. It very hard to stop them, unlike Sony, Microsoft do have a very deep pocket. They can pay their way through until they get the market. I believe they are negogiating with Square enix and Konami as we speak. It's scary to see they go after Sony exclusives like that and Sony couldn't even touch their exclusives. MSG4 will eventually make it but i believe they should be time exclusive. The real interesting is how Sony going to react to this. I am curious about what their countermoves of this. Chances of them just sit there and do nothing is pretty high.
It just mean one thing. They're constantly offering incentives to PS3 exclusives games to go multi platform. Kinda scary if you see microsoft pay their way through competitor.

Amazon.com Blu-rays to HD-DVD sales proof otherwise but then again it's just amazon. Can't say that Amazon.com trend represent the whole US Blu-ray vs HD-DVD sales.

I am strongly agreed with Grown Folks Talk. It's like PSP. Fanboy may look it as failure but if you looks into it. They're gainning superb ground. It might be 3:1 but they're actually coming from 0.
