I've played a couple great Final fantasy games in Dreams, but this is insane! This is still freaking Early Access!
Usually when you hear free maps, you get excited, but for COD it's worrying. Activision has to get players to spend extra money somehow, that's why COD points exist now.
It's nice to see that they've actually created a new engine but, this reveal was underwhelming as expected. A lot of the "new" mechanics are things we've seen in shooters for over a decade, showing off a 2 vs 2 mode first was a terrible idea, and having loud twitch streamers constantly making bad jokes never helps. All in all, nothing really stood out.
2 vs 2 isn't your typical Call of Duty MP reveal, but I guess gameplay is gameplay.
Yes, unskippable $60 advertisements. Game is littered with micro transactions as well.

Games been pay to win for a while now really, but now it's just extended to the Battle Royale mode. It's crazy how EA gets destroyed by the media and gamers for this kind of stuff, but Activision gets a pass everytime. Can't wait to see what they do for this years game.
Bought the game for $3 the other day, now I see why it was so low. People spent $60 or more for the collectors edition, yet Take-Twos greed gets worse.
The only thing Bioware has demonstrated as of late is how to make meme worthy terrible games. Can't wait for the Dragon Age memes next.

Oh it definitely will get quicker releases once they see how ridiculously well it sells. With the scale they're going for, I wouldn't be surprised if we got more than 3 games.
Games still in Pre-Alpha so didnt expect them to go public with gameplay. Unfortunately for them, they have less than 5 months to complete it.
