I thought MAG was much more enjoyable than BFBC2. MAG has nice sized maps which kept the action going strong at all times unlike bad company which had big maps but only 12 player teams leading to some less than exciting fire fights...
As been said, MAG could benefit from some further balancing, maps and weapons but overall i think it hold up pretty damn good against the so called big dogs.
I love Heavy Rain, great game but it is not anything really new. Like the PS Move and Natal, HR takes an existing idea and reworks its to its means.
Anyone remember the Sega CD FMV craze?
Obviously Cliff does not...

Good luck, battery is on the underside, fairly easy to get to just make sure you leave it unplugged for minute or so. Once you got the system back together it will ask you for date and time and after that, you my friend are good to go play.
To those brave enough to open up their console if you are out of warranty, the battery removal DOES in fact work. I got my 60 gig up and running and playing some MAG thanks to the 5 minute job.
Good Luck and if you do try it out, remember to be very careful when you are taking the system apart.
Im back on and everything seems to be working just fine. I used the battery removal method and it worked like a charm. If you're out of warranty and don't mind opening up your PS3 then its your best bet till SONY fixes this hic up.
So here's my question...how does this "Bug" affect your PSN wallet? If you happened to have cash loaded on it, will it still be there or am i going to have to call SONY and go through hell trying to get a refund?
Would it even be an issue?
I hope not but it is only logical to think that if the time rolled back on the PSN your wallet would have been affected by the change in date and time as well.
I tried to call SONY and get an answer but i g...
what the hell...i had no idea about this and turned on my console last night to watch Black Hawk Down, it was then that i noticed it wasn't signing on to the network. It is now 1:22pm and STILL doesn't work, thought i seen a thread here that said fixed by morning...
Again with this?...Either make the remake or don't but stop getting people's hopes up just to crush em' the following day when you say there is no plans for a remake...
A$$holes...
I dunno about overpowered or what have you but the only thing they need to fix in my book is the accuracy of those LMG's nothing is more frustrating than catching a bullet to the face from damn near across the map then finding out it was an LMG and not a sniper rifle!
Leave the maps alone though, they are fine it just takes some team work and SVER can get crushed just like anyone else. I play as VALOR and so far we've kicked the crap out of SVER every time we been in their home. ...
From the few hours i played of this game, i can't honestly recommend it to anyone, atleast not at a $60 price tag.
The game is just so bland and uninteresting that after only a few minutes of storyline you'll stop caring. I'm not saying the story had to be a masterpiece or anything but man would it have killed Level 5 to atleast try to make it passable?
Localization hurt this game ALOT had it been out last year it might have fared better but as it is it just looks l...
Balls! I missed on this, had no idea Atlus was doing anything about it...damn...
I wasn't expecting great things from this game other than a solid JRPG affair with some MMO elements peppered in but man, the big boy reviews have been pretty rough...oh well it's not the end of the world...
Why is this one the PS3 section of news? I see nothing PS3 related in this article at all...
Oh lord...so it begins...coming next, Your Shape: featuring Jenny McCarthy...urghhh just made myself sick...
It doesn't have to be bad, Sony and Microsoft just need to show developers and gamers alike what their respective motion based controller is capable of. If they both take charge and show people that their hardware/software is not just a gimmick things will not be so bad...
However...if they follow on Nintendo's trail...i may have to find a new hobby...
Damn it HHG i don't want to jump on the bandwagon and bash on you and what you do, in fact more power to you but damn man sometimes its hard not to see your articles as anything more than senseless flame bait.
You know PS3 fans are going to side with Snake and 360 fans going to go with Fisher. I know you want hits but man a little bit of actual "Journalism" goes a long way. Just saying...
Oh and comparing these two is like trying to compare Van Gogh's "...
Looks better than the last 2 Street Fighter movies but then again staring at a box of Cap'n Crunch for 2 hours straight is better than those atrocities.
That said, this movie looks like its going to be for the younger (10-13) fanbase cause otherwise is looks like a cheesy Bloodsport knock off you see late at night on Spike TV.
All i have to say is good bye gaming, be it Natal, the Wand or whatever Sony calls the sex toy looking thing, neither of the two can be good for gaming.
Just look at the Wii, a system which has shown with games like Metroid and Paper Mario that if used right or in moderation, motion sensing can work seamlessly with games. Its just too bad developers have taken the easy way out and pumped out one crappy mini game after another.
I see the same happening with Natal and ...
"Crysis 2 will reach graphical ceiling on the PS3"
So it will look better than Killzone 2, GOW 3 and Uncharted 2?
Yeah...somehow i have a hard time believing that. If MS could have made a game to look as good as any of the 3 aforementioned they would have already done so to end the whole graphics/power debate. I doubt they would idly sit by and watch Sony up the ante game after game without returning fire. If the option had been there you better believe Hal...
