I don't think PS4 games being played on any Android device comes anywhere close to a Switch, but the reality is console gaming on the go via and Android device.
People's reaction to Stadia is justified, paying a premium to stream games when locally is generally hassle free and better experience - why would anyone choose Stadia.
PS4 can be played on any Android device now, if portability is a such a factor - that pretty much negates it. Switch is closer to competing with smart phones and in that regard it's a massive failure.

There is no PSVR2 at this point, there will be - just not now. PS5 supports PSVR. Sony has mentioned this more than once.
