PUBG is a timed exclusive with massive hype and a huge streaming audience. Of it's going to sell well on a console that is devoid of new games.
I hope the money spent was worth it in the long run, invested and having faith in your own studios would probably been a better choice.

Will Sony's next machine be 4K capable, you'd bet your bottom dollar it will. And it'll have new ip's to show it off. Nintendo not so much.

Halo was going to release on Apple OS, then MS swooped in took out the cheque book and took the easy route.
They continued with that mentality ever since, look how they are travelling now.

Halo was magic before MS brought it's exclusivity. MS had nothing to do it. And they were never owned, the contract expired.
OT: D2 just wasn't as fun as D1 when it came out. And I don't like community managers, game directors telling me what I should like. Dropping the crucible from 6 to 4 was huge mistake and no dedicated servers was another.

Is there no vision at MS? We keep hearing how money they have, how passionate they are about gaming, how 'Da X' is so powerful. But they can't invest in studios or new ip's.
Nothing has changed since MS joined and stained the industry.
They just want - the biggest profit with the least amount of effort. Why people support them I'll never understand.
