I think my comment was heavily misunderstood and i apologies for the wrong way i Expressed it by saying "refund".
what i meant is about the way Bethesda addressed the development of ps3 version especially when Bethesda has released already 3 games on the platform and by now they should know how develop for it.
But with skyrim we see a surprising performance issues especially the bug witch cause massive lags in the game...it took them months to fi...
And the all promised skyrim was plagued with awful lags for months before it got fixed..the point skyrim developers did bad job with the game on ps3.
the ps3 owners at least deserve an apology from Bethesda and a promise to not let these things happen in there next games.
If this is true...then Bethesda should apologies to ps3 owners of the game and offer some kind of refund, the problem is clearly not sony fault or the hard to devolve ps3 architecture..Its the bad programming and management skills from Bethesda.

The windows8 is clearly aimed to the portable market and the newXbox(they want to win the living room war so badly lol).
