Sony's not the only one whose gonna take a hit. MS makes most of its money on licensing of its os. Well, big and small companies are realizing this and taking their business elsewhere,,,,,can u say linux....there will come a day, when we'll say, "what happened to the mighty ms" remember this.

if 2k wants to save some $, their probably considering having the ps3 as lead platform for b2, then ported to xbox. That way it would be an exact copy.
Either way, as you can see fellow ps3 gamers, ported games to ps3 are just gimped version of the real thing. Shame on you programmers, giving all un-educated gamers the shaft.
This is not worth $60, please think twice before purchase.

Its true about the ps2 and xbox, and the ps2 was inferior but was the victor. I think what killed the last xbox was software, lack there of.
This gen its more of a level playing ground. Since 360 came first, so did a lot of 3rd party vid games.
The wildcard here is 1st and 2nd party games, Sony has a ton of support for that, wereas xbox360 does not.
The only reason ps3 now has this one is because 2K wants to make more $!
The figure breaks down like this, all we need is #(1-10, i've read from prior posts only 4 or 5)' of programmers, that will cost $$,$$$<that much, or may cost more >$$$,$$$, depending on how good the job is done porting this game to ps3.

I never played the 360 version, heard a lot about this game, downloaded the demo, felt it looked bad. Maybe comparing graphics to likes of MGS4 did it.
The real question is why would anybody pay full price($60) for this game? If it does not look like what its supposed too.

To the author of the article, this is not the first gaming product that sony has created. Struggle, what the hell is that all about. In my opinion, ps3 offers the most "bang for the buck" of any product out.
my neighbor of many years also decided to end his wife's and 6 year old child's life before turning the weapon on himself. This hurts. My thoughts and prayers go to their families. biggest announcment of e3 08, a game(multiplat) on xbox360 that doesn't arrive until late 2010. Weird, maybe just in time for the next, next gen xbox.

All mgs fans are more than satisfied w/this game. I've waited years for this game to arrive, well worth it. The experience cannot be matched.
This is the beauty of this game, its is a game/movie experience that cannot be matched, at least at this point.
If you can complete the game quickly w/ minimum cautions, minimum kills and also using cqc plus special items.....YOUR GOOD,
Finding all the easter eggs in the game, should keep you bz for a while.
it took me 22 hours, in normal mode.
For my second time around, i'm only using mk gun w/as many headshots as possible, minimize my kills/cautions/alerts etc.. and skipping most cut scenes. This should lower hours played.
Third time around...
Can offer you the experience that mgs4 offers.
Ive waited years for this game, im very satisfied, ready to go through it again, for the second time.
dont kill any of the beauty and beasts(2nd death), just keep running around, finally, bb and snake go to a white backround where shez still chasing snake, you will have 2 min(exp time).
between the level of hype and high scores reviews(b.s.), yes, i do think it is "the WORST, GREATEST game ever. The game got very boring, very fast. I would give it 8-10 on a good day.

I really hope they dont give GOTY to GTA4, because that game got really boring really fast. For any gamer, this game is a must have.
about infrastructer costs, the hardware is changing as well...bottom line, companies shopping around, trying to save $$$...
