the battery life isn't great. But damn, i've never come close to having my controller die while I game.
I just always plug it in to charge when I'm not playing. I do agree, turning off the light bar should be added, even if it wouldn't save battery life. Not because I find it annoying(you can't even see it unless you're right in front of your tv) but just because not everyone needs it.

Stop trying to legitimize your opinion. Just because you have both doesn't mean you're not gonna favour one over the others. I own both and I'm a Sony guy first. I own xbox because I've always loved Halo. Not a huge fan of alot of things MS does with xbox.

Also, these social media sites are worked by individuals that Sony doesn't actually control. Sometimes they go off and say things the company doesn't feel represents the message they want to spread, which is why they usually get edited or sometimes deleted.

it almost made the multiplayer mode useless...and as a matter of fact, the campaign was also useless since the save data would always get corrupted.

Seems like its software related. which is probably a good thing because that means theoretically a patch can be released that might fit it.
But, still....just another thing that makes me think they weren't ready to launch so early. Especially if its software related instead of hardware.
"Final" review is kinda hard to say, since we're not even a week in and the system is going to improve on a lot of the negatives pointed at.
I understand the intention, but just dont really think of this as the "final" opinion of the system. Unlike games(they usually get fixed over a single year)the system will be around a lot longer continuously improving, adding/removing new features.
I'd give it an 8.5-9 right now.
