Lol, I think the author underestimates gamers. I don't know what brain dead gamers he's met in his life but we always have a choice. Hell I could trade in my ps4 for ps2 if I get bored with it.
I think people who buy games before reading a review are either gamblers, don't care about quality just trends or are just completely detached from common opinion and have to see for themselves.

Well to be fair, it should be reviewed by people who play a lot of action games, not sites which specialize in rpgs or this will be meat grinded. It may be a shit rpg but a great action game.

My mind is blown, not only because Sony decided to go pc-mode, but also because apparently there are a lot of people who own a 4k tv. I got my Sony full hd 2 years ago and nowhere near needing a replacement lol.

Plus occulus has Facebook on its side, which brought us quality games like farmville and candycrush. It will be a hell of a job for Sony devs to keep up with that amount of heavy hitting.
I'm just gonna wait and look at the metacritic user reviews wednesday, not the scores but what people like and dislike. Most reliable source for reviews on the net imo, since most educated critics judge by how well certain features are implemented rather than how much fun it is.Just wait one extra day and save yourself some trouble.

You don't need one except for aesthetic reasons. Got mine in its sides without and functions just fine.
Wish I could play with it..but since 3d films make my head spin already I can't imagine I'd be comfy with this. Sounds like a great adventure though.
Hmmm, well unless you're a casual gamer or indie games fan there still isn't much content for ps4, a new console would only lower my chances of finding good games. In fact I'm debating to get a ps3 on the side again. Had a lot of fun with Disgaea 5 and now wasteland for ps4 but that's about it.
