Ill wait to pick up an x1 until I see how microsoft treats its consumers later down the road and see if they continue supporting the console with exclusives for core gamers unlike the 360. If they do then I will be picking up one of those beasts down the road
From my understanding when I talked to multiple GameStop employees from multiple stores they all told me the same thing.
They weren't allowed to give away exact numbers but they said the Xbox didnt have near the amount of units avaliable for pre order compared to the ps4

I doubt Microsoft will have = or more than Sony units due to the set backs they have recieved and how Sony has already cleared FCC for the consumer model
@thorstien do you realize I wasent talking about battlefield but in general because of all the graphics this and that in this topic alone.
I honestly don't care what the end graphics of the game are as long as it performs well and does everything else that I care about.
I consider graphics like a bonus you would receive on ur paycheck, not nessasarily needed but its great to have it.

If the frame rate don't suffer and the gameplay is still what got me hooked in the first place then honestly graphics don't mean junk.

Good gameplay
Good frame rate
Good replay value
Good writing/scripting
Anyday over a game that just looks amazing but is stale and boring.

I still go back and play games like house of the dead 2,shenmue, legend of dragoon, xenogears, powerstone etc that kick the ish out of games this gen still because they still have amazing aspects to them that made them great to begin with.
Not nessesarily true, look at last of us the trailer looked less polished than the actual final game and their have been multiple games like that.
Like ryse where as it was shown on modified kit if the devs actually push there is no doubt that they can make it look that nice, I'm not gonna be hypocritical Sony fanboy and say they can't like Microsoft fanboys did to Sony with killzone 2 and heavy rain
Hey man I ain't trying to start anything, it just irritates me when pc fanboys sit there and trash consoles just because pc has better graphics. Their is an advantage to having a console and a pc don't understand why that's hard to understand.
Consoles- get very nice first party exclusives
Pc- pretty looking games/better performance

Game quality not only depends on the specs but a lot of it depends on the dev and would they utilize what is given.
