VGchartz generally gets this stuff from NPG figures, which is based from retailers, not companies or online, I'm going to say this isn't assuming downloads. and most of the people I know so far have downloaded. :|
Seriously took me by suprise, wasn't that weird old JRPG I thought it would be, the demo was great. But they need to add people TALKING, I hate reading the subtitles it just got annoying.

That could be said backwards for Blu Ray specifications as well.
That that's with three layer vs only 2 on Blu Ray, and that a 3 layered blu Ray would just stop that first point. the other two you have a point of.
the Blu Ray version installs a 800MB file on the system anyways, the same size as the downloadable version.
