Yeah Pretty sure that was an upgrade to the CPU chip only, not the GPU. And also they are not all in the premiums yet. So I'll give it a month.
Umm Yeah there's a Blu Ray BenQ and Sony drive coming out later this year (I think novmeber for the BenQ one) for PC for under $200. When I walk into bestbuy I usually see Blu Ray's on the stand too.

And generally when I find a Best buy I see Blu Ray's on the stand. Also, when I buy a $400 piece of equipment I GENERALLY LOOK IT UP ON how it works and ratings etc., not just buy it.

The demo of the full game is $40. Except that A)It's not Sony's fault, it's (Pholophony? is that how you spell it?), and B)We've seen this before in GT4 Prologue so this shouldn't be suprising, It's pretty much for the "hardcore" GT fanbase.
From what I know there was never a scheduled release date for Prolouge before that time anyways...
