Microsoft isn't spending a billion dollars on games. They're spending it on game advertisement; If they spent a billion bones on games instead of the advertisement on games, they would have way more games than Sony does. Instead they spent 3 billion dollars annually in between the years of 2007-2011 on game advertisement and in-store ads. Not the actual game development it-self.

Really excited for this game. So far looks stunning, much more appealing to the eye than several exclusives from both Sony and Microsoft i.e Driveclub, Ryse and Killer Instinct and judging from what the developers of this game are saying is technically superior to them as well.
