CE price is most likely right, considering CoD:WaW was about the same.

That's a crazy low score, while I didn't enjoy InFamous as much as many others did, (I beat it and I didn't really have much of an urge to play afterwards). I still thought it was a very good game.
They do show valid points though, but I think I remember the developers trying to point out that Cole isn't supposed to be a SUPERhero, i.e. recharging his power and such.
It would have got an 8/8.5 in my book.
Agreed, Although I would enjoy Guild Wars 2 way more then Aion right now.

During heavy parts of the game there is a good amount going on, lots of enemies, fast movements. The physics engine is pretty ridiculous as well.
