There isn't a 'Falcon' Model. You're thinking of something like Premium, or the Elite.
The Falcon was the codemane given to the hardware testing of the motherboard revision that's being put into the Core, Premium and Elite models.

Microsoft have been making so much cash that the recent $1.2 billion set back is nothing to them, add the estimates they're set too be making in in Q3+Q4 this year alone and they could easily buy more of that GTAIV DLC time and time again.
You're also forgetting all that reserved money for the 'Xbox Project'. The majority is still there.
Do we really need to go into detail about the Xbox 360 having the better GPU? Even Hirai said it himself when questioned about F@H.

It's well thought put and the analyst has done well in preparing it all fluantly.
But when you look at all the games coming out in the next 5 months alone, it's undeniable MS are going to get profits soaring off the charts.
It would be good to see Xbox 360 vs. Wii if the Wii didn't have all the hype surrounding it, it wouldn't be selling half as much as it is.
I won't be buying a PS3 and don't see myself doing so.
I own a Wii and Xbox 360, a Wii60 if you will.
Games: The PS3 has a very, very small library and a small amount of games coming out and even smaller amount that interest me. There are obviously some blockbuster games coming to the PS3, but comapred to the 360 they're both overshadowed and outnumbered. Ie:
FFXII = Eternal Sonata, Blue Dragon, Lost Odyssey, Far East Zipang, Cry On.
Killzone 2 = Ha...

This game is b-e-a-utiful. Killzone 2? Mass Effect? Halo 3? This game is getting better and better.
I got to play the Demo in 720p earlier and it was serious fun. I'll be picking this up aswell as the Joystick for the 360.
