Hmmmm.....grind, you claim? I'm already stretched thin with Metal Gear Solid V's FOB and Mother Base commanding, Destiny 2, Persona 5, Witcher III, the Assassin's Creed: Black Flag sequel (whatever it's titled—not to mention Origins hitting soon), Deus Ex, Second Son, (also upcoming) Gran Turismo Sport, another play through of Horizon Zero Dawn (since I updated to a 4K OLED and PS4 Pro)... Well, you get the idea. Was kind of hoping Everybody's Golf could be a sit-back-and-...

Even though I detest Microsoft (but only since the XBOX One released) and am an avid PlayStation supporter I had to give a down-vote on the "living under a rock" comment. Some gamers have simply been brainwashed by Microsoft and refuse to acknowledge how much they are missing out on from PS. Making them feel alienated isn't helping enhance their gaming opportunities.

The more gamers who show support for PlayStation and cease giving money to Microsoft the faste...

For those gamers this article is aimed to it's important games specifically be mentioned. If not, it could be seen as though claiming 'a bunch of great games' is an empty marketing ploy—akin to the XBOX allegation of its 'great variety of games.'

I forgot about this gem! Is it out in North America, too?

When I first considered sixteen reasons, it seemed like a lot. But, after reading all of the examples given I immediately realized that there are even more reasons, a lot more reasons to game on PlayStation 4. Next to the obvious number one, being the extraordinary selection of games, is the mostly passionate, warm and friendly fellow PS gamers. Through the years I gamed on XBOX (original on through till the very end of the 360 era) the number of unsavory community members I met was shocking....

This is definitely a high water mark moment for PlayStation. My library collection is so vast that I have games yet to be opened.

At this rate I'm going to still be passionately playing PS4 titles when the PlayStation 5 releases in two, or two-and-a-half years from now. Will be the first time I haven't more or less forgotten about a previous generation console when a next gen lands.

PS4 is so good even the PlayStation 5 will have a hard time compe...

Considering developers doing VR for PC and PlayStation platforms are already "distracted" it makes more sense to give them another platform to makes games/experiences on.

Learned from Kinect? Yeah, sure. Two generations of failed implementation—including a stint of forced purchasing. Not to mention the unanswered clamoring for more high quality games. Learning isn't one of Microsoft XBOX's strong points.

So, the campaign is receiving good feedback, or bad? I'm confused by the "exactly the opposite" part.

Maybe the campaign will make it worth it.

Oh, how I wish somehow the crew that made Fable would go the Yooka-Laylee route and make a new game, multi-platform, in the Fable image.

Your wait is basically over. This holiday is going to be the main push into 4K content. After the NFL premiered 4K video earlier this year for the Super Bowl you can bet this holiday will see 4K Black Friday deals and more sales than ever. Besides football the other main catalyst to television technology adoption is gaming. And if Sony makes the Pro it's new standard model (or a Pro Slim the standard) 4K will officially become the new norm.

Of course, just like when HDT...

Maybe the same thing that happened with the Elder Scroll series (before Morrowind) will happen to HALO. It'll disappear off the radar for five years and then get a rebirth that makes it bigger and better than the series has ever been. Yeah, I know—that'll happen at the same time HALO is sold for a PlayStation console... Would be nice, though.

Except that it kind of is a Wii U—but with the ability to turn truly mobile unlike the Wii U Gamepad. One wonders if Nintendo will ever try to compete directly with PlayStation and XBOX again—like the GameCube attempted.

Still makes me sad this game crumbled under the weight of its own potential.

"Not really a conversation starter," eh? We're discussing it now, aren't we? With over a million units sold, and a total of almost three million when combined with Oculus and Vive there's enough demand to make it worth a developers time to come up with the next big VR seller.

Master Chief Helmet VR Edition (the VR headset is a replica of the actual helmet) would be superior. Pricey, but worth it. And, for sure an XBOX VR seller. Too bad this is probably going to be a shallow experience like the Batman VR game.
