Yes, they are. I don't complain as much if the game has the content and quality of a $60 game. It's when the game is only 5 hours long, has terrible game play, and last-gen graphics - then i complain.

It would be cool if the achievement was tangible within a months time and could adjust to the first start up of the game so if you started the game in July it would be possible to get it in July; same thing with other months as well. And if you didn't get it within that month it would reset to next month.
Just my opinion, a year is a bit too long. Cool achievement though.
Should have left the beta closed. Last time i buy one of their games day one to get access to a beta.

The recent, few times i've beaten a game and had a sense of fulfillment and emotion - Red Dead Redemption and L.A. Noire. Both had great characters and you become attached to the main characters. I just beat Dead Island a lil ago and it was meh.. just an easy platinum.
I'll pass on SR3: Skryim and ACR Revelations are definitely on my list.

I find it funny how whenever a hyped up new game releases high scores flood n4g. Then, later a week or so the lower scores come through. I'll base games off my own opinion or just use Gamesradar as a personal source. (Has yet to let me down)
