Well Sony paid for the development of LBP and it is a game published by Sony. That is the difference.
Like I said if you are third party it is a safer and make more economic sense to go multiplatform.
GTA, DMC, and Soul Calibur already did that with great success for the publishers. Next will be FF, Tekken, LA Noir, and Dead Rising.

Does better spec means anything if 99% of the games out there is for both platforms like Resident Evil 5, SF4, and FEAR 2. Oh, all those games either are the same or look better on x360 BTW.

If your game is named Metal Gear GTA or Resident Evil then yes you can do that because those games are household names and guarantee to sell millions even on a single platform but for a developer to try to bring a new IP or an avg IP to just console is suicide**See HAZE.

KZ2 takes what like 5 years to make. Imagine 3rd party trying to create a game that matches Killzone (large staff, $$$, development time), it will take forever. And X360 sell better for third party, end of story. Anyone that disagree go look at the past few NPD chartz. That is all, flame suit on mop level 4 for an imminent SDF attack in 3 .2. 1 .

People, what make you think x360 can't have graphics comparable to KZ2 or GOW3? I just play the x360 version of the demo RE5 and it has some of the best graphics I have ever seen. Sure, Games like KZ2, GT5, and GOW3 has great graphics but they take 4 plus years to make. Gears of War 2 came out 2 years after the original and it is still one of the best looking game this gen. Yes, the PS3 has a little bit more horsepower because of the Cell and whatnot but the 360 has more dedicated video RAMS ...
1080P with 256mb of vram...impossible. LMFAO at people still think it will be in full native 1080p when the game is out.

I needed a game for PS3 at the time. And I was curious as I think Dead Space was one of the first PS3 lead game for multiplatform. It is great and also has trophies.
But I am an achievement whore and I like all my games to unify on a single console with gamerpoints, achievements, and etc.
I have no problem with my PS3. It is great but I just like my 360 better because of 2 major thing. Live and in game custom music.
