This game is absolute trash. Buggy, sub par graphics and boring as hell. I played 1 hour and couldn't take it anymore. It also gave me a headache from the over saturated lighting. Def not buying this game. I'm going for Goldeneye instead.

It's not just Resistance 3, but EVERY single PS3 exclusive has dropped A LOT in sales this year. LBP2, Killzone 3, Socom 4, Infamous 2, MLB the show etc..Sony foresees this and that is why they are rushing to next-gen, instead of actually trying to market their games the correct way and to the right people...MINUS that stupid sharpshooter.
The FPS genre wins because then devs could concentrate on games they want to make instead of copying Call of Duty.

They used Call of Duty to get attention in the headlines and to get the attention of Call of Duty fans. They are also using Frostbite 2 nonsense to hype their game. We all know it's just an upgraded engine, not a brand new engine and that the PC graphics were always going to be jaw dropping regardless.
WaW had a lot of great maps. Hangar was a great map.
Yes, you're right with this blog. But I also think EA/Dice is trying to win over PS3 fans because they know the Xbox version will sell like mad anyways because all Xbox owners are basically shooter fans, so they are hyping and showing off the PS3 version to get more PS3 players to buy the game.
I watched some MW3 vids yesterday and the game does not even look as polished as MW2, it looks more smudgy and generic and clunky.
I guess that is what u get when you take a brand new company and try to copy a game a world class company once made.
EA is annoying with this crap about Call of duty, shut up already about it and maybe it will go away like you wish.

I'm not interested one bit in playing this game considering I have not played CoD since before PSN went down, but what I am interested in is seeing all the bullshit they put in the game then going to read the forums of fans complaining.
I love Socom 4, it is the most underrated shooter this generation. The game rapes pretty much anything out there right now. It's a shame it is not more popular.
As a PS3 fan, I'll admit the Xbox360 looks better. But that is expected. The game was most likely a lazy port over to the PS3 despite what those guys at Dice and EA say, they just feed you bullcrap anyways to please you and make you excited.
PS3 fans have enough good exclusives. Socom 4 for example destroys this game in fun factor and graphics.
