The online numbers are scary low compared to previous cod games. Cod must be on its way out

Ign and gamespot won't give it bad reviews because Treyarch always does exclusive live streams with them days before the game comes out.
So when other sites see there reviews in the upper 8's they'll follow suit for the most part.

Black ops was terrible and even worse on ps3 with its horrible framerate, graphics and lag so don't expect a handheld version to blow u away.
The reason cod is considered good is because of its 60 fps and responsive controls. 30 fps and crappy toggle controls on vita take away what makes the game what it is.
I called this months ago. This is not going to end good. When you have random commentators who are average at the game making more money uploading videos than the people that create the game, there is going to be problems.
It's only a matter of time until CoD cannot garner ad revenue on channels either not owned by Activision or are not a gaming corporation allowed by Activision (IGN for example)
The game was already done once they decided to make it on that crappy Frostbite 2 engine.
The problem with Sony is other companies have caught up to them as far as quality goes but at a cheaper price. This was never the case before. Sony was always in a league of it's own.

I think Activision is paying for numbers skewing. If you go online there is half the total number of people online compared to any of the last 3 cod games. I was shocked to see only 250,000 online this morning. I remember black ops 1 had over 700,000 online the day of the morning after launch
