I can't believe people are legitimately saying that's overall. That's ONE SINGLE GAMESTOP. The numbers are literally 150ps4's to 30Xbox one's. Not a ratio of 5:1 overall preorders.
In this article it says that others beside @moonlightswami have received their Xbox One early. One of them who has, talked to Microsoft. Microsoft told them that "said it’s mine to do with as I please." Suggesting that the bans are indeed temporary.

There are no such things as ddr5 ram cards for pcs. Gddr5 is only used in Graphics cards right now.

If everything works right first time, I'm definitely going to be using kinect voice to get everywhere.
UI is awesome. That's what Microsoft does though, make Operating systems. If they got beat out by sony on home turf, something's wrong.
Multiplatform games will be more likely to put camera features in because the install base they will have with the included kinect that they might not have done if the kinect wasn't included. That will be great, because I assume that it won't be hard to make those same features available for Ps4's eye.

I want it. I'm glad it's included. Now the devs will have a reason to add Kinect features to their game. The install base for the Kinect will be the same as the Xbox One's.

@Eonjay It's not a tank, but it should definitely be built to take a pretty harsh beating. I assume that it is built extremely durable, and the picture from reddit is just someone trying to make the hot page.
It really isn't even close to the same. It may resemble the tile features, but the way it works is completely different.

The Last of Us was 720 at 30fps. It was an incredible game, that looked amazing. No one cared that it wasn't 1080 60fps. The resolution overshadowing the game is a tumor on gaming that needs to go away quick.
I'm not saying that I wouldn't want 1080p 60fps, but a game not having it, doesn't change the way I look at that said game.

Japan really helped those numbers out. If PS4 can take the US, that will be a HUGE achievement for Sony.
A week is a short amount of time though. It doesn't matter what releases earlier when we're talking about a week. Because 10 years down the line, that small gap will seem like a spec on the charts that are counting sales.
@1nsomniac He's still able to use his console offline. It's not illegal what they did. They disabled his ability to go online with it.
