There is a 3% failure rate that is acceptable from manufacturing. If there are around 5k consoles in the wild now, and 20-50 are broken, that's still ONLY .4%-1%..

I can't think of anything, except if the disc is spinning and I accidentally make it wobble somehow.. Far fetched. Yet, I don't see why this completely simple problem didn't get fixed.

Weren't the taco bell ps4s today though? They advertised getting it early, yet you can't use all of the consoles features.. That kinda sucks. Although, I'd still be ecstatic to get it today.
I care if there is a youtube app, I used it often on the 360. I'm upset there isn't a youtube app on either of my new consoles.
