Forza 7 runs in native 4K / 60fps. So yes, you can definitely experience that. That's not a lie. Show me where they said every game would be like this. I'm waiting.
By Microsoft's definition, they are. They were talking about their games, not 3rd party games. Which is why Phil said that 3rd party developers would run their games at whatever resolution they wanted to. This is a fact statement. Microsoft can't force 3rd party to run all their games in native 4K. Sony isn't even doing that.
I'll enjoy both. lol!! The one with more games and the one with the more power. The best exclusives and the best 3rd party games.

The game isn't running in 4K on either. It's 1800P native on XB1X and 1800P checkerboard on PS4 Pro. Probably running at 60fps. Sony doesn't care about emulators on PC. They won't allow them to run on the PS4, same way Microsoft has removed them from XBox One. So good luck with that.

Only console that probably should be avoided now is the Wii U this gen. Publishers really have no reason to avoid anything else. Capcom needs to bring out some more original games. Still waiting for a new Dragon Dogma game. I've already played all these Street Fighter games in this collection. Wondering if they were remastered or just the original games? Unless this is dirt cheap, I won't even waste my time on it.

You can't download the PS3 games, as they can't run on the PS4 without the Cell processor. Sony hasn't figured out how to emulate the Cell processor and they aren't even trying. PS4 games could be downloaded however.

Yes, giving 1 or 2 games a month to play for FREE on PSNow would be a better incentive. Still, who really wants to play an inferior version of the game on a powerful system? I doubt they will throw in PS Now with the PSPlus price. Sony would be throwing a large amount of money out the window if they did that. They aren't that stupid. Even though they don't have a huge amount of PSNow subscribers, they do have a few thousand I'm sure.

SF5 was missing a lot of content when it was released. Even after the content was added, no one ran out and bought it. It is easily a more popular game then Dead Rising. SFIV sold over 8 million copies on multiple platforms. On the PS3 it sold over 4 million copies. SFV just broke 1 million on the PS4.
