4gb installs?.. there's not many games that have installs that big. More so with the latest games.
It's all about being sensible. Also if you complete a single player game that has a large install. Delete the data and re-install if you ever go back to it. They don't take that long.
The only people that hated installs were xbox 360 fanboys who used it as an insult until PS3 exclusives got so good and large that 360 games started to require multiple disks and installs.
Actually wrong.. you can get a domain and hosting space for $50, then just install word press and have a good web developer or graduate(looking to make portfolio work) hook you up with a highly customized theme.
Then all you have is the domain/hosting cost each year.. which is easy to gain back via ads.
As for 'equipment' writing should be the main focus for journalists, equipment etc second. If your pieces are good people will visit, if people visit...

Title may be slightly misleading. Valve are not creating a headset or releasing it. They just happen to think augmented reality/glasses are the next major step in gaming and are trying to show this/create the tools to help this happen.
They do not often create hardware in mass and don't plan to do so but they'll do what they can to help push gaming in the direction they think it should go.

The worst backwards compatibility by allowing any downloads of psp games to be re-downloaded on the Vita and opening a process that allows you to re-gain the games you had on UMD digitally for a super low cost?..

The hacker is creating a homebrew app for his own causes and has said if he releases it it will NOT allow piracy because he is a Sony/Vita supporter.
He's just currently not having enough fun with the games on offer for Vita so decided to approach it in a different way.
This is not a Sony VS Hacker moment at all.
It's not 'weird pool' at all. It's a different game with a similar set up. The cues/tables are bigger, it's more difficult to play.

Actually, it's less than a port, but still one. It is made from the previous games engine. Just with insanely poor graphics, only 4vs4 and no nazi zombies.

The whole point of team based game modes is about the team action/co-operation to get the win.
So it makes sense that if all but one of your guys is doing good the team loses.
It also suggest you, yourself are not very good at battlefield. Because you can still do well as a single player, it's just harder to get a 'win' as a whole.

Price wouldn't be that steep. Like you said it's a rumor. But if it's true it could mean 4k res images, maybe movies. Nobody says it has to be games.
Current PC gpu's could easily handle this resolution in picture/video.
Also like £D, it could be a feature they unlock further down the line, when higher res becomes standard, even if only for movies.
Is it boasting or is it taking risky financial opportunities to make sure the consumers get quality products?..
It's this reason i don't understand why people hate Sony so much. They're the only console maker still bringing through fresh IP's and innovative games.
